Remember that in order to take a fraction to it's simplest form or to the lowest term, we have to find out first the GCF between the numerator and denominator. The next step is to divide both the numerator and the denominator into the GCF.
When the GCF between the numerator and the denominator is 1 the fraction has been taken to it's simplest form or to the lowest term.
